In the heart of Mont-de-Bonneil, in the Marne Valley, Emmanuel cultivates 7 hectares of vineyards dominated by Pinot Meunier. Deeply committed to respecting nature, this forward-thinking winemaker brings out the best in his ideally exposed plots at the top of the hillsides, which have been certified organic since 2022. <\/p>\n\n

Combining his father\u2019s legacy with his own intuition, like a sailor charting his course, he has been crafting his own cuv\u00e9es since 2009. Guided by emotion, he creates champagnes meant to be shared, designed to evoke memories of togetherness, under the motto: \u201cTime is told to us.\u201d <\/p>\n\n

Today, with the support of his partner Anastasia, Emmanuel is continuing the family legacy, driven by a deep desire to pass on a sustainable estate to future generations.<\/p>\n\n
