Self-taught, he learned from his mistakes and decided to manage all his vineyards with the same philosophy: adopting sustainable viticulture, reducing his carbon footprint, and limiting the use of inputs. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His commitment to organic viticulture reflects his dedication to quality and sustainability. In collaboration with the Berru cooperative, he produces authentic champagnes, rich in character, that fully express the terroir and his expertise.
