Romain is a native of Reims, a true product of this region where he grew up. A former passionate chef, he fell in love with the authentic flavors of fine cuisine. He has worked in several restaurants in and around Reims, notably at the Ch\u00e2teau de Sacy, where he served as head chef. For over three years now, he has run his own shop in Reims, where he prepares his specialty\u2014p\u00e2t\u00e9 en cro\u00fbte\u2014as well as homemade deli dishes, crafted with carefully selected local ingredients. What drives him is sharing his passion by offering authentic, hearty dishes, always putting his heart into his work. <\/p>\n\n
