A co-author of the *Atlas Hachette des vins de France* and of several legal, economic, and historical articles on Champagne published in various journals, he is now a lecturer at the University of Reims and chair of the scientific council of the *Mission Coteaux, Maisons et Caves de Champagne-Patrimoine mondial<strong>*.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jean-Luc Barbier Chair of the Scientific Council of the Coteaux, Maisons &amp;
