From assessment and action planning through to implementation, FiG provides concrete support to restaurant owners, enabling them to reduce their carbon footprint while strengthening their operating margins.
Finally, FiG offers awareness-raising initiatives for restaurant staff and highlights the most environmentally responsible restaurants with a visible label on TheFork.com. This way, all consumers—whether they’re already committed to sustainability or not—can find an eco-friendly restaurant.
