During the festival, Champagne Jacquart invites you to the Hôtel de Brimont for two evenings dedicated to exquisite tasting pairings. In the elegant setting of this Reims mansion, you’re invited to discover the pairing of the mineral freshness of the champagnes with the briny notes of oysters prepared on-site (other seafood options are available, such as salmon and tuna rillettes…).

There are no set rules: arrive between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., choose the champagnes and oysters you’d like to taste, and then enjoy the friendly atmosphere created by the Maison. An oyster shucker prepares and serves the oysters on-site to accompany your tasting of the featured champagnes.

This evening showcases a simple, refined, and generous pairing at an iconic venue on Lundy Boulevard. Blending historical heritage with a contemporary spirit, the Hôtel de Brimont offers the perfect setting to enjoy a moment of togetherness over champagne; no reservation is required at this time.
