At the Champagne Charles de Cazanove boutique in Reims, come enjoy a simple and welcoming tasting experience featuring a delightful pairing of rosé champagne and chocolate. This experience invites you to discover three of the House’s rosé champagnes, each paired with a selection of exceptional chocolates from Maison Caffet.

As you taste, explore the fruity freshness of the bubbles, the subtlety of the aromas, and how the chocolate can reveal new nuances on the palate. These pairings bring together the liveliness of the champagne, the texture of the chocolate, and the aromatic richness of the selected recipes.

This offering combines two areas of expertise: that of Champagne Charles de Cazanove, which welcomes you to its boutique in the heart of Reims, and that of Maison Caffet. Pascal Caffet is a renowned artisan chocolatier, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, and a World Champion in the art of dessert-making.

The format is flexible and casual: just drop by over the weekend, no reservation needed, between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The tasting lasts about 30 minutes, and payment is made on-site.
