| What goes on behind the doors of a Michelin-starred kitchen during service? This virtual reality experience invites you to step inside the kitchens of Mas de Boudan, a one-star Michelin restaurant in Nîmes led by Chef Jérôme Nutile. At Les Jardins d’Arcadie, you’ll be fitted with a virtual reality headset to immerse yourself in the daily routine of a gourmet dining service. For 15 minutes, you’ll observe from the inside the precision of the chefs’ movements, the organization of the kitchen team, and the intense focus that reigns in the kitchen when every detail counts. This immersive experience lets you discover what happens before a dish reaches the dining room: the sequence of tasks, the coordination, the pace of service, and the teamwork required to create a gourmet dining experience. Open to everyone, this format offers a unique perspective on Michelin-starred cuisine—without physically entering the kitchens, but getting as close as possible to their atmosphere. In a small group, you’ll enjoy a brief, hands-on, and immersive experience that gives you a deeper understanding of what goes on behind the scenes at a top-tier restaurant. |
