As part of the Relais du Goût event, you’ll step into the historic cellars of Champagne Abelé 1757, in the heart of Reims. Usually closed to the public, they’re opening their doors exceptionally for an exclusive tour of one of the oldest Champagne Houses.
This immersive experience invites you to discover the history of Abelé 1757, its understated heritage, and the techniques involved in crafting its wines. You’ll wander through a space usually dedicated to the production and aging of wines, gaining a deeper understanding of the role that time, precision, and expertise play in the House’s identity.
The tour continues with a guided tasting of three iconic champagnes. Through these cuvées, you’ll gain insight into the style of Abelé 1757, the expression of the terroirs, and the character of wines produced in limited quantities.
