SEPTEMBER 20
Want to master the art of kimchi? Under the guidance of Chef Ju-Sang PARK, make two homemade varieties: traditional spicy cabbage kimchi and summery Oi Kimchi made with cucumber. You’ll take home the two jars you prepared during this 2-hour workshop. (Non-vegetarian / gluten-free meal, drinks not included).
Starting at 50€ per person.
Ticket sales begin on July 10

In detail
Dive into the heart of Korean cuisine with this hands-on workshop, where you’ll make two varieties of homemade kimchi with our chef, Jun HEO: the classic traditional kimchi (김치) made with spicy fermented cabbage, and its summery variation made with cucumbers, oi kimchi (오이김치).
You’ll then enjoy your creations during a full Hanjeongsik (한정식) meal on site: Hanjeongsik refers to the traditional Korean meal. It consists of a full-course meal featuring rice, soup, and a wide variety of small side dishes (“banchans” 반찬) served all at once on the table. Today, the term often refers to a rather refined meal, served in multiple courses, at traditional restaurants with a gourmet flair.
The price includes a 2-hour cooking workshop plus a kimchi tasting as part of a full Hanjeongsik meal (drinks not included). You’ll leave with two jars of kimchi that you’ve made yourself. Please note that the meal is not suitable for people with celiac disease or vegetarians.
