Secret Table
By Philippe Mille
SEPTEMBER 18
For the first edition of Secret Table, Philippe Mille invites you to enjoy a gourmet dinner at an iconic landmark of Reims’ heritage.
Kept secret until the very last moment, this exceptional setting serves as the backdrop for a pop-up dining experience created for Les Relais du Goût.
Throughout the seasonal menu, each dish is paired with a selection of champagnes chosen to complement the experience.

In detail
With Secret Table, Philippe Mille invites you to a gourmet evening whose location remains a secret until the very last moment. For this inaugural event, conceived for the Relais du Goût festival, the 2011 MOF chef and his M Réceptions team set up a pop-up restaurant in one of Reims’ most iconic heritage sites. You’ll discover the location shortly before dinner—an invitation to see Reims in a new light, through its remarkable spaces and hidden stories.
Once there, the experience takes the form of a meal conceived as a fusion of fine dining, champagne, and cultural heritage. The five-course menu, designed specifically for this evening, draws on the ingredients, seasons, and spirit of sharing that define Philippe Mille’s cuisine. Each dish is paired with a selection of champagnes chosen to bring out the flavors, create harmonious pairings, and extend the dialogue between the table and the region.
For one evening, you’ll find yourself in an unexpected setting, transformed to offer a rare and welcoming experience. Secret Table offers a unique way to discover Reims: through the cuisine of a chef deeply connected to his region, the charm of a historic venue, and the elegance of a pairing of dishes and champagnes.
