In detail

To kick off the festival, the Grandes Tablées celebrate the flavors of the Champagne region with a grand shared aperitif. Conceived by Carla Bertelle, this evening showcases a selection of regional producers who have come together to introduce guests to their specialties in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Artisanal charcuterie, farm-fresh cheeses, vegetable spreads, artisanal preserves, and gourmet treats make up a generous spread that invites everyone to create their own tasting menu according to their preferences.

Conceived as a time for connection and discovery, this first Grande Tablée offers the chance to take a seat in the heart of the Village des Relais du Goût, chat with producers, and extend the evening by exploring the winemakers present at the Wine Market. A package combining platters to share and a tasting kit allows you to fully savor the pairings between local products and champagnes.

  • Champ-sur-Barse Farm (Aube) – farm-fresh dairy products.
