Julien Chopin Champagne

Since 1947 in Monthelon, Domaine Julien Chopin has embodied passion and the pursuit of excellence. To this day, three generations continue the family tradition by producing champagne and Champenois ratafia.

In 2006, Emmanuel took over the management of the estate, combining tradition and innovation while showcasing the terroirs of the Coteaux Sud d’Épernay—which are predominantly clay-limestone—and the Côte des Blancs, known for its limestone and chalky soil.

The estate is known for its authentic, low-dosage champagnes, which showcase the purity of their aromas and the finesse of their bubbles through the “Originelles” and “Classiques” collections.
