At the Pop Bar, in the heart of the Radisson Hotel Reims, you’ll take part in a masterclass designed to be a simple and enjoyable experience of discovery. Alongside Flora Silvestre, the hotel’s food and beverage manager, you’ll learn the basics of bartending and create a cocktail inspired by the restaurant’s Mediterranean theme.

The experience continues with a tasting of tapas created by Chef Travis James and inspired by the Pop menu. On the plate as well as in the glass, a common thread ties the flavors together: olive oil. An iconic ingredient in Southern cuisine, it is showcased here in various forms, through its aromas, textures, and delicious pairings.

Over the course of 45 minutes, you’ll discover an accessible approach to cocktails and tapas in a warm, contemporary atmosphere. This small-group experience invites you to chat, observe the craftsmanship, and enjoy a break centered on taste, sharing, and Mediterranean flavors. The workshop is offered in French and English and is open to adults.

Chef Travis James creates the tapas served during the experience, in the spirit of the menu at Le Pop restaurant.

His bite-sized dishes draw inspiration from Mediterranean flavors and the workshop’s central theme: olive oil.
