At lunchtime, step inside L’Atelier De Luca for a culinary workshop celebrating Italy, sharing, and the joy of cooking. In the spirit of traditional Italian family-style dining, you’ll help prepare a surprise menu created using seasonal ingredients and carefully selected Italian specialties.

Working alongside the chef, you’ll discover the techniques, methods, and tips that give this cuisine its richness: preparing ingredients simply, balancing flavors, paying close attention to cooking, and plating dishes that foster a sense of togetherness. Each preparation becomes an opportunity for learning and sharing, in a warm atmosphere where precise craftsmanship goes hand in hand with the joy of cooking together.

Once the dishes are prepared, the experience continues with a tasting of the menu. You’ll take the time to savor the dishes prepared during the workshop, paired with wines carefully selected to bring out the flavors of the meal. A gourmet and convivial experience, reserved for a small group, to celebrate the Italian art of living in the heart of Reims.
