At the heart of the Village des Relais du Goût, the Grandes Tablées celebrate the joy of sharing a meal in the spirit of grand folk festivals, where fine dining and camaraderie come together around a single table. Set amidst the vineyards and festival activities, these gatherings offer a chance to further explore the local products of the Champagne region and enjoy hearty cuisine prepared by chefs and artisans who keep the region’s culinary traditions alive.

From Friday evening through Sunday at noon, each service offers an opportunity to showcase the unique character of local cuisine, presented by a guest chef and featuring a menu designed specifically for the festival. Each Grande Tablée offers menus that combine dining with the chance to discover the festival’s champagnes, allowing guests to fully experience the atmosphere of the Village des Relais du Goût.
