In detail
| A true Reims institution, the Marchés du Boulingrin immerse you in the lively atmosphere of Les Halles, at the heart of one of Reims’ most iconic landmarks. Beneath the large reinforced concrete vault, you’ll find farmers, merchants, and artisans gathered around local and seasonal products.
As you stroll past the stalls, you’ll discover seasonal fruits and vegetables, meats, fish, cheeses, breads, local specialties, and grocery items. You’ll take the time to examine the products, ask questions, and talk directly with the people who grow, raise, prepare, or process them. The market thus becomes an opportunity to meet others as much as it is a culinary discovery. |
