Step into the Sustainable Gastronomy Village and discover, with family or friends, a different way of looking at food: more local, more responsible, and always delicious.
Throughout the day, the village will come alive with a variety of activities: cooking classes, tastings, hands-on workshops, demonstrations, and interactive games, as well as a space for discussion and debate where we can reflect together on the future of food, from farm to table.
Young and old alike will be able to discover new practices, gain a better understanding of the issues surrounding our food, and leave with tips they can apply in their daily lives.
The village will bring together 18 local organizations working on a wide range of topics: seasonal fruits and vegetables, legumes, organic farming, the fight against food waste, carbon footprint, Nutri-Score, locally sourced food, food justice, and the connection between sports and nutrition.
La Salle Agricultural High School in Thillois will also introduce you to the various agricultural programs.
