In detail
For one morning, you’ll step into the historic cellars of Champagne Abelé 1757, one of the oldest Champagne Houses. Usually closed to the public, they are opening their doors exceptionally for an exclusive tour in the heart of Reims. There, you’ll discover a hidden heritage linked to nearly three centuries of history, as well as the artisanal expertise that shapes the House’s identity.
After this immersion in the cellars, you’ll take part in an exclusive masterclass led by Étienne Eteneau, Cellar Master at Champagne Abelé 1757. Through four iconic cuvées, you’ll explore the wines’ personalities, their precision, and how they express their terroirs. Each champagne is paired with a gourmet bite presented by Nawal Rezagui, chef at the Alcôve restaurant at La Briqueterie, which was awarded its first Michelin star in 2026.
This intimate tasting experience brings together the heritage of Champagne, a meeting with a cellar master, and an exploration of the relationship between wine and gastronomy. It invites you to explore the nuances of food and wine pairings, the role of time in the winemaking process, and how a single bite can reveal the texture, freshness, or depth of a champagne.
