In detail
As part of the Relais du Goût, Maison Suzette invites you to an immersive champagne experience that combines tastings, the art of fine dining, and the sharing of knowledge.
Over the course of 1 hour and 30 minutes, you’ll discover three champagnes from independent winemakers, selected for their unique character, expertise, and passionate approach to viticulture. These estates, with which Maison Suzette collaborates—notably through the En Élevage project—showcase authentic Champagne and cuvées that are sometimes less well-known to the general public.
The tasting is guided by two complementary perspectives. Louis Ganassali, a sommelier, guides you through the world of champagnes, exploring their history, characteristics, and the work of the winemakers. Alongside him, Victoire Pouvesle, a scenographer, invites you to explore the importance of glassware in the tasting experience.
Throughout the session, you’ll sample three different types of glasses to understand how their shape influences the aromas, the character of the bubbles, and the sensations on the palate. Small bites are served to accompany the tastings and allow you to cleanse your palate between each champagne. This approach is at once playful, sensory, and practical, offering a fresh perspective on champagne and the essential role of the art of dining.
