In detail
For one evening, Benjamin Andreux reimagines the spirit of a picnic through an elegant yet casual dining experience, designed to be enjoyed in the heart of the Village des Relais du Goût. Inspired by delightful summer meals, this three-course menu showcases carefully selected seasonal ingredients and a culinary style where fresh flavors take center stage.
Tomatoes from Champagne growers with the aromas of Provence, free-range poultry served with a gribiche sauce made with fresh herbs, followed by a tartlet with fresh figs and hints of almond and vanilla—these dishes make up this rustic lunch with contemporary touches. This menu reflects the chef’s philosophy, blending precision in technique, apparent simplicity, and respect for the ingredients.
Located in the heart of the Village, this Grande Tablée invites you to take the time to share a meal in a friendly atmosphere as you continue your exploration of the Wine Market. A package combining the menu with a tasting kit lets you savor the experience as you explore the Champagne estates.
