As head chef at Bulles 1924, Matthieu Aigron creates dishes inspired by the local culinary heritage and seasonal ingredients.

For this experience, he reimagines several specialties from the 1920s as gourmet bites, reflecting the world and atmosphere of Appart 1925.

Dom Caudron Champagne

Founded in 1929 in the Marne Valley, the Dom Caudron Champagne House celebrates Meunier, the iconic grape variety to which it owes its identity. Its cuvées are featured here at Appart 1925 for an experience that combines wine tasting, conversation, and vintage flavors.
