Without knowing the labels or the identities of the cuvées being served, you’re invited to put your senses to the test during a blind tasting led by the experts at Trésors de Champagne. In the boutique in the Boulingrin neighborhood—recognizable by its ceiling made of illuminated bottles—you’ll take your seat for an experience that focuses on listening to the wine, observation, and conversation.

Depending on the package you choose, you’ll taste three or six champagnes, served blind. For each cuvée, you’ll observe the color, aroma, texture, and balance on the palate to try to identify certain characteristics: grape varieties, style, expression of the terroir, or vintage. The experts will guide you through this sensory experience, providing simple tips to help you refine your perceptions and develop your palate.

Combining intuition, analysis, and group discussion, this tasting highlights the diversity of champagnes from independent winemakers brought together by Trésors de Champagne. You’ll leave with a more thoughtful approach to champagne, based on sensory experiences rather than the usual cues of brand or label.
