Step inside Maison Lehmann, an iconic venue dedicated to the art of wine tasting in the heart of Reims. In this space where innovative glass architecture, artisanal craftsmanship, and wine culture come together, take a behind-the-scenes look at a house renowned for its collaborations with the world’s leading sommeliers, chefs, and champagne houses.

During this experience, limited to 6 people, you’ll explore the influence of the glass on the tasting experience through a sensory comparison of Louis Roederer’s Collection cuvée, served in a magnum. From one glass to the next, you’ll observe how the shape of the glass reveals the champagne’s aromas, textures, and balance in different ways.

The experience continues with five bite-sized creations designed by Chef Philippe Mille and the teams at M Réceptions. Crafted specifically for the event, these dishes accompany each stage of the tasting in a harmonious progression, highlighting the interplay between fine dining, champagne, and glassware design.
