Lemon Tart Workshop & Lemon Squeezer

This workshop invites you to explore the lemon in two complementary forms: as an object you create and as a dessert you prepare. You’ll start by creating your own ceramic citrus juicer. With guidance from the Ceramilk team, you’ll choose your designs, colors, and details to personalize an everyday item, designed to be used once it’s fired.

The experience continues in the kitchen, alongside a pastry chef. You’ll discover the different steps involved in making a lemon tart, from preparing the ingredients to the final touches. The steps are explained step by step so you can understand the balance between the crust, the filling, the tartness of the lemon, and the final presentation.

Over the course of four hours, you’ll transform raw ingredients into a delicious treat in a creative and friendly atmosphere. The workshop combines the joy of personalizing an object, the precision required for a classic pastry, and the opportunity to interact with the instructors. At the end of the experience, your lemon squeezer will be kept by Ceramilk for firing and will be available for pickup starting September 27 at 3 rue Cérès.
