In detail
On Saturday, September 19, Les Halles du Boulingrin invites you to experience the market in a whole new way—over brunch or lunch in the heart of one of Reims’ most iconic culinary destinations. As you wander among the stalls, you’ll discover the products offered by producers, merchants, and artisans in a lively and friendly market atmosphere.
Just like the grand market halls of southern France and Europe, where people gather to share a meal, chat, and sample local specialties, the Boulingrin becomes one big communal table. Cold cuts, cheeses, seafood, artisanal specialties, delicacies, and drinks can be enjoyed as you please, as you mingle with the people who bring the market to life.
For this edition of Relais du Goût, the mezzanine and the butchers’ section have been specially arranged. This allows you to enjoy a prime view of the bustling activity at Les Halles, its spectacular architecture, and the unique atmosphere for which the Boulingrin is renowned. A free, simple, and gourmet experience, designed to let you savor Reims through its products, its craftsmanship, and its way of life.
