In Reims, step inside Maison G.H. Martel & C° to discover its new tour route, which takes you through historic cellars and chalk cellars listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. As you make your way through the tour, you’ll explore the House’s history, its expertise, and the underground chambers where the vintages slowly continue to age.

The tour continues with a tasting centered around an iconic pairing: oysters and champagne. You’ll get a sneak peek at the Victoire Blanc de Blancs cuvée, crafted from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs. Served alongside oysters in their purest form, and then paired with a variety of small bites, it reveals its mineral notes, freshness, and precision.
