As part of the Relais du Goût, children ages 6 to 12 are invited to participate in a cooking workshop designed especially for them, held at La Belle Enchantée, a historic residence on Lundy Boulevard.

Two workshops are offered from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., and then from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Guided by food professionals, children are introduced to the world of cooking through hands-on activities, observation, and exploring ingredients. They’ll prepare simple, delicious recipes featuring seasonal fruits. The experience emphasizes an accessible and hands-on approach: a few simple steps, tips for learning more about the ingredients, and the joy of taking part in a culinary creation.

Designed to be fun and welcoming, this workshop encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love of cooking.

You can take advantage of this workshop time—during which your children will be supervised by qualified adults—to tour the house and enjoy the other activities on offer.
