Through seven cuvées selected for their ability to reveal a grape variety’s personality, you’ll explore the diversity of Champagne’s grape varieties. Located at Le Labyrinthe, just a stone’s throw from Notre-Dame Cathedral in Reims, you’ll be guided through a tasting designed to help you better understand what each variety contributes to the expression of a Champagne.

Pinot Noir, Meunier, and Chardonnay serve as reference points for exploring the aromas, textures, balance, and structure of wines. The tasting also introduces participants to rarer grape varieties, shedding light on their role in the history and composition of the wines.
