In detail
You’ll begin with a tour of the Dom Caudron Champagne House and a guided tasting of several cuvées. Through discussion and observation, you’ll identify the aromatic profiles, textures, and balances, and then come up with the food and champagne pairings that seem most appropriate to you.
Next, it’s time to get hands-on: alongside Chef Éric, you’ll step behind the stove at AU PIANO DES CHEFS to prepare recipes designed to pair with the wines you’ve tasted. Techniques, cooking methods, flavor pairings… the workshop emphasizes a fun and interactive approach, accessible to both food enthusiasts and those who are simply curious.
The experience concludes with a casual tasting: you’ll share the dishes that have been prepared and the selected champagnes to better understand what makes a pairing successful and leave with simple tips you can easily put into practice.
