At the heart of the Hôtel de Brimont, Champagne Jacquart invites you to a unique experience blending perfumery, gastronomy, and champagne. Your experience begins with a tour of the historic salons of the House, located in this remarkable Reims building on Boulevard Lundy. You will then take your seat in the Grande Salle à Manger for an olfactory journey guided by Lord Grégory Piaud De Glencoe, creative perfumer for Lampyre.

In an approach that is both playful and refined, five flowers are revealed in different forms. You smell them, you taste them, and then you explore their many aromatic expressions to better understand the connection between scent, taste, and emotion. Floral notes serve as a common thread, weaving together immediate sensations, shared experiences, and the discovery of new flavor combinations.

The experience continues with a champagne cocktail specially crafted to highlight the floral nuances explored throughout the workshop. In a small group setting, you’ll enjoy an exclusive experience in a historic venue, getting an up-close look at the techniques, aromas, and world of Champagne Jacquart.
