Here, champagne and cheese come together in a pairing that is as surprising as it is harmonious. At the historic Palmer & Co. house, you can take the time to explore the pairing of four of the house’s champagnes with eight carefully selected cheeses.

Throughout the workshop, you’ll discover how the bubbles, freshness, texture, and aromatic complexity of the wines complement the creaminess, intensity, or delicacy of aged cheeses. Each pairing offers an opportunity to observe a balance, a contrast, or a resonance: a livelier palate, a longer finish, or an aroma that reveals itself in a different way.

Designed in partnership with La Cave aux Fromages, a Reims-based establishment renowned among connoisseurs of aged cheeses, this tasting invites you to take a fresh look at two great French traditions. In a small group, you’ll enjoy a refined, precise, and sensory culinary experience at the heart of a Champagne House dedicated to the elegance of its cuvées and the quality of its terroirs.
