Through five lectures, the “Coteaux, Maisons, and Caves of Champagne” Mission explores the history of the vineyards, the development of its landscapes, the role of women, and the origins of Champagne. This program is open to everyone and offers a deeper understanding of the many facets of this heritage site, which is inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
Grape varieties, terroirs, gourmet pairings, and Champagne specialties are explored through workshops open to both the curious and the discerning connoisseur.
Chefs, artisans, authors, researchers, and culinary figures take the stage one after another at the Village des Relais du Goût to share their career paths, practices, and insights.
