Guided by the founders of Caviar des Sacres, you’ll first learn to observe the product: the appearance of the grains, their size, their luster, and their texture. The tasting continues with the nose, then the palate, to better appreciate the finish, finesse, and aromatic nuances unique to each caviar.

As you gain experience, these discussions will help you understand what makes this product unique: its history, the different species of sturgeon, the major production regions, and the farming and aging methods that influence the final quality.

Four caviar varieties from prestigious origins—Russia, China, and Iran—are paired with four champagnes. Each pairing brings together the briny texture of the caviar, the precision of the bubbles, and the balance of the selected champagnes.
