In detail
In the intimate atmosphere of a private apartment in the heart of Reims, you’ll take your seat at a table designed to foster a dialogue between cuisine, family memories, and wine-growing regions. For this exceptional dining experience, Chef Quentin Artaud has created a four-course menu inspired by recipes that have shaped his family’s history, reinterpreting them with a contemporary, generous, and accessible approach.
Throughout the meal, each course is paired with two wines from the family estates: a Michel Gonet Champagne and a Bordeaux wine. This allows you to explore two regions, two identities, and two expressions of wine through a series of food-and-wine pairings designed to highlight the nuances of both the dishes and the wines.
A member of the Gonet family guides the experience, sharing the history of the estates, winemaking decisions, and anecdotes that have fueled this family adventure for several generations. In this intimate setting, opened exclusively for Les Relais du Goût, you’ll enjoy a convivial and refined tasting experience that blends tradition, gastronomy, and discovery.
