In detail
Charles Heidsieck invites you to its Pavillon in Reims for a gourmet experience centered on a classic of culinary heritage: the egg with mayonnaise.
At the second Champagne-Ardenne edition of the Mayonnaise Egg Championship, organized in partnership with the Association for the Preservation of the Mayonnaise Egg, you’ll discover the creations devised by the competing chefs. After the jury’s deliberations, it’s time for the tasting: a succession of textures, seasonings, and interpretations, all centered around this timeless classic.
You will then take your seats for lunch in the private gardens of the Pavillon Charles Heidsieck. A bottle of the House’s Blanc de Blancs Champagne, to be shared between two, will accompany this convivial moment. The awards ceremony and musical entertainment bring the experience to a close, blending the spirit of competition, the pleasure of fine dining, and the Champagne way of life.

Charles Heidsieck Pavilion
In the heart of Reims, the Pavillon Charles Heidsieck welcomes visitors to an intimate setting where heritage and the Champagne way of life come together. Its private gardens provide the perfect backdrop for this gourmet experience.

Charles Heidsieck Champagne
For more than a century and a half, Charles Heidsieck has been cultivating the art of creating a champagne that stands apart—deep, precise, and timeless. Nestled in the heart of Reims, the House draws its strength from a unique heritage: Gallo-Roman chalk cellars where time patiently shapes each cuvée. Balancing technical rigor with creative freedom in blending, the House crafts champagnes of unapologetic complexity, characterized by a understated yet distinctive elegance.
