Geoffrey ORBAN is a consultant and trainer. For over 20 years, Geoffrey has been working to promote understanding and appreciation of Champagne and its wines. His expertise in terroirs and blends is widely recognized, making him a unique figure in the world of Champagne. Geoffrey is constantly pursuing his quest and his desire to share his knowledge and experience with producers and wine enthusiasts.

Fifteen years ago, Adrien launched a blog dedicated to Parisian restaurants, at a time when “bistronomy” was in full swing and the Parisian culinary scene made it possible to enjoy a lunch worthy of the name for the price of a bad pizza and a Coke on the Champs-Élysées. With the rise of social media, his focus gradually shifted toward visuals. He then launched Adrien Food In Paris, an Instagram account dedicated to Parisian gastronomy, where photography and video complement the writing to tell a different story about the venues, chefs, and dining experiences. Drawing on this dual experience in gastronomy and content creation, Adrien helps restaurants, hotels, and hospitality businesses boost their visibility on Google and, now, on search engines and AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. He is also a contributor to various media outlets and continues to explore new ways in which imagery, storytelling, and technology influence how we discover and choose a dining experience.

Vincent Ferniot has been a food journalist for over 30 years on television (France 2, France 3, Canal+) and on the radio (RMC, France Inter, Europe 1). He divides his media time between his shows *Manger C'est Voter* (Public Sénat), *Ferniot Fait le Marché* (Sud Radio), *Signé Ferniot* (France 3 – ICI), and his Instagram page (@vferniot), where his video recipes are eagerly awaited and recreated by a vast community of food lovers. As the author of six cookbooks (the latest, published in 2025, is *On veut des Patates!* – published by Albin-Michel), he continues to share the wonderful values of French gastronomy, regional cuisine, his passion for high-quality ingredients, and his affection for the people who produce them with heart.

spent 40 years at the « Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne » as the General Manager of the confrerie promoting Champagne and Art de Vivre à la Champenoise in almost all countries of the world. After she retired, she joined as a volunteer the « Coteaux, Maisons et Caves de Champagne » organization. Monique is a member of the Scientific council and very active as a cultural mediator. She is enthusiast at sharing her deep knowledge on ‘LE’ and ‘LA’ Champagne with all.

A ce titre, il intervient au nom de la Mission sur les projets d’envergure pour embellir les paysages viticoles et leurs alentours. Il a publié avec la Mission plusieurs chartes qui veillent à la cohabitation harmonieuse des projets d’énergies renouvelables (éolien, méthanisation, photovoltaïque) en respectant le Bien inscrit au Patrimoine mondial.

After earning his agrégation in history in 1973, Patrick taught at the University of Reims first as a lecturer and then as a professor until his retirement in 2016. Reims Cathedral and the coronations served as the driving force behind his research and were the subject of several seminal publications. Our medievalist has also devoted numerous works to the history of viticulture and wine in Champagne. In this capacity, Patrick made a significant contribution to Champagne’s UNESCO nomination dossier. He is a member of the Scientific Council of the “Coteaux, Maisons, and Caves de Champagne – World Heritage” Mission.

Membre du Conseil scientifique de la Mission Coteaux, Maisons et Caves de Champagne – Patrimoine mondial. Maître de conférences en Histoire médiévale à l’Institut catholique de Paris et Conseiller scientifique et pédagogique de la Chaire Histoire et Patrimoine du Moyen Âge | Reims, Champagne. Titulaire d’un doctorat sur une étude comparée des vignes et vins bourguignons et champenois (Ve-XVIe siècles), il a reçu le prix « Coup de Cœur » de l’Académie Amorim en 2022. Ses projets de recherche actuels visent à mieux connaître les patrimoines fragiles ou disparus du territoire champenois, et à retracer toutes les origines de la viticulture en Champagne.

Diplômé de l’Institut d’études politiques de Strasbourg et docteur d’Etat en droit, Jean-Luc Barbier a été directeur général du Comité interprofessionnel du vin de Champagne jusqu’en 2014. Co-auteur de l’Atlas Hachette des vins de France et de plusieurs articles juridiques, économiques et historiques sur le Champagne dans différentes revues, il est désormais chargé d’enseignement à l’Université de Reims et président du conseil scientifique de la Mission Coteaux, Maisons et Caves de Champagne-Patrimoine mondial.
