Emmanuel Boucant Champagne
Champagne Emmanuel Boucant

Brigitte Beaufort Champagne
Champagne Brigitte Beaufort
Champagne Brigitte Beaufort, a family-run estate founded in 2008, is distinguished by its exclusive production of 1 to 3 vintage micro-cuvées each year, totaling just 6,000 bottles. Brigitte, a new generation of Champagne winemakers, creates each vintage from scratch, selecting the finest grapes from her estate, nicknamed the “Cœur de Galippe” by the elders. Her champagnes, aged for 10 years in the cellar, express the complexity of the Bouzy Grand Cru terroir. Each numbered bottle bears details of its blend, disgorgement date, and dosage. Committed to the environment, Brigitte has earned VDC and HVE certifications for her exceptional vineyard.

Briaux-Lenique Champagne
Champagne Briaux Lenique
Nathalie and Stéphanie Briaux decided to change the course of their lives to passionately carry on the family tradition started by their parents in the Mardeuil region, near Épernay. As growers and winemakers, they craft distinctive cuvées that reveal the richness of the three Champagne grape varieties. Alongside their blended champagnes, the “Perle” vintage cuvées delicately explore the expression of a single grape variety through rigorous plot-by-plot selection and low dosage. True to its convictions, the estate has not used herbicides since 2015 and has been certified for Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne and High Environmental Value since 2020.
